Infusion Nurse

About the Role

Provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Act as a liaison between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient safety, confidentiality, and adherence to professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans.
• Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care, prioritizing patient needs and promoting positive outcomes.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating families, and facilitating communication among care team members.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing care quality, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and engage in ongoing development and leadership activities.
• Mentor colleagues, support a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and quality improvement.
