Infusion Nurse - Ambulatory Infusion Suite

About the Role

Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support our infusion suite patients in Tyrone, GA, and the immediate surrounding area. Join us in Simplifying Complex Care!

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for all assigned patients, including initiation and maintenance of communications with pharmacists, prescribers, dietitians, home patient representatives/care partners, and community resource staff.
• Evaluate and educate patients/care partners to safely administer home infusion therapy and provide additional instruction as needed.
• Assess the home environment and identify interventions to ensure a safe and appropriate setting for prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate the plan of care in conjunction with other team members.
• Manage and communicate scheduling changes via the company-approved platform.
• Coordinate patient care and participate in the nurse on-call rotation.
• Document all patient encounters, communications, and care activities per Soleo policy and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards.
• Ensure timely submission of plans of treatment (POT) and required clinical documents.
• Work with departments to ensure completion and return of patient documents (e.g., consents, POTs) within acceptable timeframes.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing from the applicable state’s Board of Nursing.
• RN degree; BSN from an accredited institution preferred.
• Advanced certification in specialty areas (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience with a background in infusion therapy preferred.
• Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with no significant restrictions.
• Ability to drive up to 1 hour to see patients in their homes occasionally.

• Administrative oversight: Monitor workflows, ensure policy compliance, and manage resources efficiently.
• Emergency availability: Respond promptly to emergencies, including non-standard hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. No on-call requirements.
