Infrastructure Territory Manager

About the role

Mueller Water Products, Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Territory Manager to lead sales efforts in the Arizona and Las Vegas territory. This position is responsible for direct territory sales, supporting distributors, and driving market growth.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with end users and promote product lines.
• Support distributor partners with quotations, product training, and technical guidance.
• Lead product training sessions and develop strategic partnerships.
• Set and execute sales and specification goals, provide bid support, and manage customer satisfaction.
• Represent Mueller in industry organizations and provide market intelligence.
• Maintain and grow territory databases and provide regular reports to leadership.

Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) years outside sales experience in the water distribution industry.
• Experience with CRM software and other productivity tools.
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations.
• Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing interpersonal skills and public speaking abilities.
• Ability to lift and move products during demonstrations.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or communications.
• Mechanical aptitude.

Pay

This is a salaried exempt position and does not qualify for overtime pay.

Schedule

Primary work hours are Monday through Friday. Work hours vary based on customer hours, and evening customer meetings may be required during sales travel.
