Infrastructure Support Engineer (MacOS Administration, Windows Server Admin & Endpoint & Client Support)

About the role

The Infrastructure Support Engineer will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for enterprise infrastructure environments, including Networking, Citrix Virtualization, Client Computing, and Server Administration across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, operational support expertise, and the ability to maintain high availability of critical business services. The ideal candidate should possess a broad infrastructure background with hands-on experience managing enterprise systems, virtual desktop environments, servers, networking technologies, and endpoint platforms. Responsibilities

• Network Administration & Support: Support and maintain LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, and SD-WAN environments; configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure; monitor network performance, availability, and capacity utilization; diagnose and resolve network connectivity, latency, and routing issues; coordinate with telecom providers and vendors for WAN circuit management; support DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing Protocols, and Network Security.
• Citrix Administration: Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments; manage Citrix Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway, and Director; provision and maintain VDI, published applications, and remote access solutions; troubleshoot user sessions, profile issues, printing, and
