About the role

Role Purpose: Assist Carrier Network Automation SME in all Continuous Improvements Initiatives as below
Observability enhancements - Workflow gap eliminations
Automation & UI developments.

Responsibilities

• ITSM - SNOW workflow optimization
• Automation and process enhancements
• IAC development for Cloud Network Operations

Requirements

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Digital Technology
• Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and Git
• Familiarity with Computer, software, and networking concepts
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, Access and other Windows products
• Prior experience in Construction, HVAC and/or Building Automation
• Strong problem-solving, planning and project management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting

Pay

The annual salary for this position is between $43,500.00 - $87,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
