Infrastructure Services Analyst Sr Advisor

About the role

The Infrastructure Services Analyst Sr Advisor role involves solving problems, performing analysis, researching, and testing functions for systems and networks. This role requires being in-office 1 day per week to foster collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility for productivity and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provides trouble resolution on complex problems.
• Serves as an escalation point for the most complex systems issues or resolutions.
• Develops root cause analysis activities that resolve significant system issues.
• Provides advanced trouble resolution and serves as point of technical escalation on complex problems.
• Provides advanced technical guidance and leadership to the technical engineers within the organization.
• Represents major upgrades and business system replacements in change control.
• Develops reports supporting strategy and direction for management.
• Acts as a subject matter expert among peers, with manager and senior management.
• Serves as technical merger and acquisition lead as needed.
• Works alongside architects to develop standard operational procedures.
• Mentors operations team members.
• Led incident recoveries; may organize the efforts of other analysts as part of incident recovery; leads root cause analysis efforts.

Requirements

• Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 8 years of experience in one or more of the following: information systems, computer networking, telecommunications, systems development and management; significant experience with multiple technical and business disciplines; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

• Advanced PowerShell automation and scripting skills.
• Experience developing technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear technical documentation.

Benefits

This role offers standard business hours (approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). It participates in an on-call rotation, which includes one week as the primary on-call resource and one week as the secondary on-call resource. Occasional after-hours support may be needed for critical business issues.

Schedule

The role is Hybrid, requiring associates to be in-office 1 day per week.
