Job Title: Infrastructure & Security Project Manager Location: Carlsbad, CA - Onsite (4 days / week) Duration: 6 months Job Description We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure & Security Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities Lead, plan, execute, and close infrastructure and security projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements. Manage project resources, including personnel allocation and coordination. Identify and proactively address project risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes. Design and implement robust security measures to safeguard the organization's data and assets. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and presentations to leadership. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and best practices for security and infrastructure. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP or relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience in project management, infrastructure, and security. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
