infrastructure programme manager

Contract opportunity for an experienced Technical Infrastructure Programme Manager to deliver large-scale data centre and critical infrastructure projects within the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre and critical infrastructure programmes
• Manage internal teams and external partners across engineering, construction, and operations
• Own programme plans, budgets, risks, reporting, and governance
• Drive delivery across pre-contract, build, commissioning, and handover phases
• Report on progress, issues, and milestones to senior stakeholders
• Travel within EMEA (up to 25%)

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering data centre, critical infrastructure, or major MEP projects
• Proven programme management background in technical environments
• Excellent stakeholder, budget, risk, and schedule management skills
• Engineering, construction, or technical programme management experience (degree beneficial)

Pay

£650 - £675 per day

Schedule

• 6-month initial contract
• Inside IR35
• Hybrid work in London
