Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Infrastructure Manager to lead a team responsible for infrastructure, DevOps, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of up to 10 members.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, career development planning, and succession planning.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with leaders across technology and business teams to align priorities and objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operational support activities and ensure reliable service delivery.
• Assist with prioritization of work, incident management, escalations, and resource planning.
• Provide technical leadership for DevOps and infrastructure initiatives.
• Support the adoption of best practices related to system reliability, release management, and operational excellence.
• Help establish standards for service management, production support, and operational governance.
• Participate in modernization initiatives involving cloud technologies, automation, and platform enhancements.
• Utilize metrics and reporting to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience leading DevOps, Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability, or IT Operations teams.
• Strong leadership experience managing technical teams in a production environment.
• Experience supporting cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and service management processes.
• Ability to work a hybrid work schedule.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00 per hour.

This is a hybrid position based in Harrisburg, PA. The role is a Contract to Hire position.
