Responsibilities

• Supporting investment teams in financial analysis, valuation, and modeling
• Analyzing new deal opportunities
• Assisting with asset management activities such as debt refinancing and implementing growth initiatives

Requirements

• Knowledge of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and modeling
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Strong interpersonal skills

Skills

• Knowledge of financial statement analysis and valuation techniques
• Knowledge of financial modelling and LBO structuring
• Competency in MS office product suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Competency in basic financial modelling
• Broad set of quantitative, qualitative and interpersonal skills
• Intellectual rigor and discipline
• Ability to organize and perform work efficiently

Qualifications

• Completed or in the process of completing a degree from a leading university or business school
• Previous internships in areas such as private equity, M&A, or structured finance are beneficial
