Description

Lead and manage facilities management operations, ensuring optimal performance of infrastructure systems.
Develop and implement strategies for efficient and sustainable building operations.
Supervise technical teams, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Oversee maintenance schedules and respond to infrastructure-related issues promptly.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.

Profile

  • 10+ years managing critical infrastructure and for Investment Banks
  • Knowledge and the use of financial tools
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver key information to stakeholders and in large group settings
  • Organizational skills for keeping track of various schedules, timelines and initiatives
  • Understand and implementation of finance and budgeting
  • Training and/or certifications related to the industry and this role
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience in the critical infrastructure and technology field
