Overview

Seeking experienced Infrastructure Engineers to support a large scale ServiceNow Infrastructure Consolidation effort. Responsible for the design, deployment, configuration, validation, and operational support of ServiceNow infrastructure components across Development, Test, and Production environments. Work closely with Government stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and project leadership to ensure stable, resilient, and operationally ready ServiceNow infrastructure deployments aligned with approved architecture designs and enclave requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting experience in enterprise environments
  • Experience working with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or similar Linux distributions
  • Experience managing Linux services, permissions, networking, storage, and system monitoring
  • Experience developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies
  • Experience automating infrastructure deployments and operational processes
  • Experience supporting Development, Test, and Production environment deployments
  • Familiarity with backup, recovery, resiliency, and operational support processes
  • Experience troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues across complex environments
  • Understanding of secure enclave or classified environment operational requirements
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating across technical and Government stakeholder teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum based delivery environments

Nice to have

  • Experience deploying and supporting ServiceNow infrastructure in enterprise or government environments
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and infrastructure components
