Architects, deploys, configures, and scales high-availability environments across enterprise cloud platforms (GCP/Azure) and on-premises infrastructure
Advances and maintains automated provisioning of Dev, Test, Staging, and Production environments utilizing Terraform and configuration management tools
Conducts performance and cost analysis on existing infrastructure components to recommend and implement optimizations for system growth
Designs, builds, and optimizes robust CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployments, infrastructure updates, and testing frameworks
Streamlines operations by leveraging APIs and scripting to automate repetitive tasks and eliminate manual intervention
Collaborates with cross-functional development pods and QA teams in an Agile environment to champion DevOps best practices and improve environment stability
Manages, patches, and supports digital cloud and on-prem application workloads (including Redis, Windows/Linux servers, BizTalk, and IHS)
Designs, implements, and monitors application and infrastructure health dashboards using modern cloud-native observability tools and other monitoring tools
Identifies application and infrastructure bottlenecks, executing remediation measures to ensure continuous availability and adherence to SLAs
Configures, automates, and manages Next Generation Web Application Firewalls (NGWAF), Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), DNS, Routing, Load Balancers, and SSL/TLS certificates
Develops security monitoring rules, alerts, and access policies; investigates potential security incidents using log analysis
Reviews vulnerability scan reports and conducts periodic assessments to remediate security gaps, ensuring strict compliance with information security policies, Privacy requirements, IT standards, and regulatory controls (including PCI, SOX)
Leads Epic-level (projects) and initiatives from planning through delivery, coordinating contributions from multiple team members
Pairs with Product Managers, Solution Leads, and Architects to establish Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates and work breakdown schedules (WBS) for project infrastructure components
Mentors and serves as an educational resource for junior members of the Digital team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and shared knowledge
Translates high-level conceptual designs into low-level technical execution and scalable frameworks
Demonstrates strong foundations in the full SDLC, including strict adherence to source control management (Git), code reviews, testing, and Day 2 cloud operations
