About the role
The Role Design, create, maintain, and support cloud computing infrastructure. Collaborate with Cloud Architects, System Engineers, and Software Engineers. Deploy and debug cloud initiatives according to best practices. Apply security best practices and DISA hardening guidelines. Build and design web services in the cloud. Assist with monitoring, reporting technical variances, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Cloud Architects, System Engineers, and Software Engineers
- Deploy and debug cloud initiatives according to best practices
- Apply security best practices and DISA hardening guidelines
- Build and design web services in the cloud
- Affiliate with monitoring, reporting technical variances, and issue resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a Polygraph
- Current DoD 8570.01M IAT Level II (or higher) certification (e.g., Security+, CySA+, SSCP)
- Experience administering AWS cloud environments (EC2, Load Balancers, S3, EFS, VPCs, AWS CLI)
- Experience with Kubernetes and container platforms (EKS, Rancher, RKE2)
- Proficiency in Python and scripting for automation
- Strong knowledge of Linux system administration
- Experience implementing security best practices, including DISA STIGs
Qualifications
