About the role
We design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise scale hosting architecture. Opportunities are available for all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned professionals.
Responsibilities
Follow policies and procedures, and escalate when necessary.
Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.
Meet all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift

- Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test

- Experience and/or interest in different technologies can be discussed during the recruitment process
- Backgrounds considered: IT/Systems/Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity/Networking, Computer Science, Infrastructure Engineering
- Areas of specialization: Security, Network, Network Security, Network Services, DevOps, Cloud, SAN & Backup, Virtualization, Windows Live
Skills
- Technical proficiency in multiple areas of infrastructure engineering
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
