About the role

We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. Infrastructure Engineers specialize in different areas. Experience and/or interest in different technologies can be discussed during the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise scale hosting architecture.
• Specialize in different areas of Infrastructure Engineering, including Security, Network, Network Security, Network Services, DevOps, Cloud, SAN & Backup, Virtualization, Windows Live.
• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting by following policies and procedures and escalating when policies or procedures are not followed.
• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.
• Meet all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• Covid-19 vaccination.
