This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
About the role
Design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise-scale hosting architecture. We have opportunities for all experience levels—whether you're just starting your career or have decades of experience, want to work hands-on with technical infrastructure engineering, develop Infrastructure as Code solutions, or learn about the systems that support the nation's best healthcare systems. Infrastructure Engineers specialize in different areas, and experience or interest in various technologies can be discussed during the recruitment process.

Responsibilities
As a member of the Hosting team at Epic, you'll be responsible for the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting. Those responsibilities include:
- Following policies and procedures and escalating when policies or procedures are not followed
- Escalating potential security incidents and providing relevant information
- Meeting all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field
- Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
- COVID-19 vaccination
