Infrastructure Administrator III

About the role

Deliver a consistent, secure, and automated endpoint experience across all devices and operating systems. Design, engineer, and support endpoint solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security compliance. Implement improvements to endpoint architecture and contribute to infrastructure planning aligned with business needs. Manage projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and support operational stability within the credit union. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members in advanced IT practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred
• Six or more years of relevant IT experience or a combination of education and applicable work experience
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise management tools such as SCCM, Intune, and Azure AD
• Expertise in VDI solutions including Citrix, VMware, and Azure Virtual Desktop
• Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, or similar languages
