InfraRED Studio Instructor

About the Role

Join our team at the Best. Gym. Ever. as an InfraRED Studio Instructor, where you’ll create a premium, boutique-style experience focused on intentional movement, elevated coaching, and real results. This role is ideal for seasoned yoga, Pilates, or barre instructors who thrive in front of a room and love building community.

Pay

Competitive per-class pay: $35–$45 per class.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy boutique experience for all participants.
• Lead safe, effective, and engaging InfraRED classes for all levels in a heated/infrared environment.
• Deliver intentional programming with clear coaching, alignment focus, and smart modifications.
• Maintain professionalism by starting and ending every class on time.
• Own your class on the schedule and minimize subbing.
• Partner with Fitness Leadership on scheduling, feedback, and studio standards.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold all Group Exercise policies.
• Actively promote your classes to drive attendance and engagement.
• Post on social media at least 2x per week (stories, reels, posts) to promote your classes and tag @theedgefitnessclubs to help grow the InfraRED community.

Requirements

• Seasoned or experienced instructor in Yoga, Pilates, and/or Barre.
• Comfortable leading in a heated/infrared environment (or excited to learn).
• Strong in cueing, sequencing, and offering smart modifications.
• Confident performing in front of a room and owning your space.
• Passionate about community, connection, and changing lives through movement.
• Act as an ambassador for the brand, embodying and elevating the experience.
