Infra Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Cook up internal resources and third parties/vendors for the smooth sailing of projects.
• Ensure all projects are launched on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Manage resource availability and allocation, crafting a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Utilize appropriate verification techniques to handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using systems, tools, and techniques, and report and escalate issues as necessary.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and perform risk management through a Risk register to mitigate project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors, proficient in various technical skills and project management tools.
• Proficient in Cloud Services, Data Centers, Networking, Wintel, Patching and Vulnerability mitigation.
• Knowledgeable in middleware support for IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server, Tomcat, Apache Nginx, Microsoft IIS, IBM BPM, IBM MQ.
• Strong analytical problem identification and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify OS issues.
• Adept in Linux RHEL 7 and above, Unix AIX, and MS VISIO, MS Project, Power BI, Smartsheet, Teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Project Charter, SOW, Requirement gathering, KPI reporting, RAID, RACI matrix, and Communication strategy.
• Good understanding of Agile Methodology and Scrum certification or Project management certifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong project management skills.
