The Information Systems Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and responding to technical issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT systems and networks
• Provide technical support to users and resolve system-related issues
• Implement and configure new software and hardware solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or management
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with network administration and troubleshooting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and common IT tools
