About the Role
This role provides first-line IT support and handles routine onboarding and desktop services for a fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software help-desk tickets with excellent customer service.
- Deploy and configure laptops and peripherals for new hires; manage equipment orders and asset tracking.
- Perform account provisioning and basic administration in Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365.
- Use entry-level PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks and support user account workflows.
- Provide basic technical training and documentation for end users during onboarding.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior IT staff and support IT projects (infrastructure upgrades, software rollouts).
- Support lab environments and instrumentation as required by team needs.
- Maintain ticket records and contribute to knowledge-base articles to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Intermediate understanding of common desktop software and PC hardware.
- Entry-level PowerShell skills with a focus on Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
- Strong customer service and communication skills; able to work patiently with non-technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and follow established processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting lab equipment or working in a regulated environment.
Schedule
- Full-time, in-office position.
- Primary work location: Scottsdale, AZ office.
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Work pattern: 4 days/week in Scottsdale office and 1 day/week in Phoenix office.
Pay
- Estimated base pay: $69,660 per year.
- Up to 20% bonus potential.
