About the role
Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and remote access tools. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, document solutions, and escalate complex issues to IT management.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported technology issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups and system updates
- Document and communicate status of incidents and resolutions
- Work collaboratively with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant IT support experience
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Proficient in Windows/Linux operating systems and common IT tools
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Experience with remote access tools and technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
