This role involves monitoring and maintaining client IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and implementing new IT solutions. What you will do Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for clients' IT systems and applications.Proactively monitor and maintain clients' IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.Collaborate with the team to implement new IT solutions and technologies for clients.Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of client configurations.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their IT needs and provide timely updates on support tickets.Be available for on-call hours one week per month to address urgent client needs. What we are looking for Minimum of 3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.Proficiency with MSP tools and platforms.Solid experience with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.Strong understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills.
