Information Technology Site Support Analyst Lead (S)

About the Role

Leads technical support staff in daily operations. May also lead Telecommunications staff.

Responsibilities

• Main technical IS contact for the entity.
• Main contact for all Executive Level support.
• Develops and maintains procedures and documentation required to support IT systems for the Executive Leadership Team.
• Communicates outstanding issues and status updates and escalates issues when necessary.
• May be present for System Level meetings, ensuring rooms are ready for use.
• May need a full understanding of Executive Board room and act as point of contact for escalations.
• May need awareness of System Leadership devices, ensuring backup minor equipment is available for deployment when needed.
• May assist with video conferencing and other collaboration platforms to help facilitate meetings, webinars, and town halls for the Executive Leadership Team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education.

Experience

• Five years' experience.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
• Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
• Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
• Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and gripping.
• Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
• Rare climbing.
