Information Technology Project Manager (D365)
Position Summary
Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES) is seeking a contract D365 Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate all technical workstreams for our enterprise transformation program implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, Field Service, and F&SCM).
Core Responsibilities
Technical Program Ownership: Own end-to-end coordination of IT technical workstreams including data migration, integrations, environment and release management, infrastructure, and security. Ensure alignment with project milestones and sprint releases.
Project Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain a granular, task-level project plan. Manage dependencies, resource allocation, and critical path tracking. Maintain backlog and work items in tools such as Wrike or Azure DevOps.
Dependency & Integration Management: Manage cross-system and cross-team dependencies, coordinating across system integrators, internal IT teams, and business SMEs.
RAD & Risk Management: Own RAID logs, proactively identify risks, and escalate/blockers as needed.
Testing & Release Readiness: Ensure IT readiness for CRPs, UAT, cutover, and go-live. Coordinate defect management and environment readiness.
Reporting & Governance: Provide weekly executive reporting on sprint completion, data readiness, integration progress, UAT readiness, and go-live confidence. Run meetings, track actions, and ensure accountability.
Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the central coordination point for IT activities. Ensure all tasks are assigned, tracked, and documented.
Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Business, or related field preferred
Relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum, or Microsoft D365) highly desirable
8+ years IT project management experience, including 3+ years leading D365 implementations (CE, Field Service, and F&SCM preferred)
Experience in complex enterprise transformation programs is required
Strong knowledge of D365 modules, data migration, integration architecture, Azure DevOps, and environment management
Success Criteria
