Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day IT operations, service delivery, maintenance, and security.
- Supervise and mentor IT professionals while promoting collaboration and accountability.
- Oversee enterprise infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and end-user services.
- Direct the implementation and maintenance of information systems and technical architectures.
- Identify root causes of IT issues and implement solutions that improve service performance.
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning, resource allocation, and technology modernization initiatives.
