Information Technology (IT) Architect

Overview of position

The Information Technology (IT) Architect provides technical leadership in the design and integration of enterprise technology solutions that support organizational objectives and business processes. The IT Architect works with business stakeholders, engineers, cybersecurity, and project teams to develop scalable, secure, and sustainable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. This position serves as a technical advisor and does not own business processes or applications.

• Enterprise architecture and systems design
• Cloud, infrastructure, application, and data architecture
• Cybersecurity and information assurance
• Systems integration and technical documentation
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate across technical and business functions

Experience/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Five or more years of experience in information technology, systems engineering, or solution architecture
• Experience designing enterprise or large-scale technical solutions

Clearance

An Active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position. Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check. Must maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC'S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
