Information Technology (IT) Analyst

Bitsight is seeking an IT Analyst to join our dynamic team in Boston, MA. This hybrid position is ideal for individuals passionate about developing, optimizing, and safeguarding cutting-edge technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer daily IT operations, ensuring robust support infrastructure for a dynamic organization.
• Provide on-site support to Executive-level employees, conducting research and testing to ensure minimal disruptions in regular day-to-day operations.
• Engage with cutting-edge technologies, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and system security.
• Optimize configurations and maintain system updates to minimize organizational risk.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, adapting swiftly to evolving business needs.
• Provide comprehensive SaaS application administration and support.
• Resolve user issues efficiently using ticketing tools and providing outstanding hardware and operating system support.

Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience in an IT Help Desk role or a similar capacity.
• A minimum of 3-days per week in-office.
• Meticulous attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting acumen.
• Experience in SaaS application administration.
• Proficiency in assisting users through ticketing systems.
• Capable of supporting a variety of hardware and operating systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work in a startup or fast-paced environment is an asset.
• Experience with videoconferencing support.
• Knowledge in asset management and tracking.
• Familiarity with MacOS support.
