About the role
Under the supervision of the Coordinator of Technology, intern will be responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting at multiple schools in the Cleveland Heights-University Heights School District.
Responsibilities
- Repairs broken computers, printers, projectors.
- Contacts vendors on warranty issues.
- Works with staff on end user errors.
- Tracks and updates status on work in progress.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Candidate will be required to submit a BCI/FBI background check at their own expense if hired.
