About the Program
As a participant in the Information Technology Development Program (ITDP), you'll be part of a collaborative team focused on developing future leaders in digital technology. You'll gain hands-on experience, build technical and leadership skills, and contribute to projects that make a real-world impact on healthcare delivery.
Areas of Focus
Each rotation offers a unique opportunity to explore different areas of IT, including:
- Cybersecurity – Safeguard systems and data through risk management and threat detection
- Data Analytics & Operations – Leverage data to drive insights and operational efficiency
- Technical Product/Project Management – Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
- Artificial Intelligence – Apply machine learning and AI to enhance IT processes & systems
- Application Development – Build and optimize software tools for internal & external use
- IT Infrastructure & Architecture – Design and support scalable, secure technology environments

Basic Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Informatics, Data Science, or a related STEM field
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
- Experience applying technical and analytical skills through coursework, projects, or internships
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications

- Prior internship, co-op, or research experience in IT, software development, or data analytics
- Strong academic performance demonstrated by a GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale), though all applicants are encouraged to apply
