Information Technology Analyst
Qualifications
Education and Experience: Any Combination Of Training And Experience That Would Provide The Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Is Qualifying. A Typical Way To Obtain The Required Qualifications Would Be: Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree with major coursework in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or a related field and three (3) years of information systems technical support experience.
- Working knowledge of application support, configuration management, and testing procedures.
- Fundamental troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-resolution skills.
- Foundational understanding of content management systems (CMS), website maintenance, and accessibility best practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and related low-code automation tools.
Knowledge & Abilities
- Configures applications following established procedures and validates them to ensure they meet business and technical requirements.
- Collaborates with developers, business analysts and end users during testing activities and documents results.
- Updates website content with approved tools and ensures they maintain court’s branding and style guidelines.
- Escalates complex issues appropriately.
- Develops user guides, procedures, knowledge base articles, reports etc.
Experience
Provides support for business applications and systems by triaging requests, identifying root causes of routine issues, and resolving or escalating them as appropriate.
