Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) – TS/SCI CI Poly

REQUIRES AN ACTIVE/EXISTING TS/SCI WITH CI POLYGRAPH - NO REMOTE WORK, MUST WORK ON SITE DAn Solutions is seeking an experienced Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support a newly awarded Defense Intelligence Agency program in Charlottesville, VA. This position will support cybersecurity compliance, Risk Management Framework activities, accreditation artifacts, vulnerability management, and secure system operations within a classified Intelligence Community environment. An active TS/SCI with current CI Polygraph is required. Responsibilities Include Support RMF activities throughout the system lifecycleDevelop, maintain, and review cybersecurity and accreditation documentationSupport system authorization and continuous monitoring activitiesReview system configurations, vulnerabilities, and security controlsCoordinate vulnerability scans, remediation activities, and POA&M trackingSupport security assessments, audits, and compliance reviewsMaintain required cybersecurity artifacts and system security documentationWork closely with system administrators, developers, engineers, and government cybersecurity personnelSupport incident reporting and resolution as requiredEnsure systems remain compliant with applicable DoD and Intelligence Community cybersecurity requirementsAssist with secure configuration, account/access control, and privileged-access requirementsSupport system changes, releases, and technical reviews from a cybersecurity perspective Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI with current CI PolygraphProfessional experience supporting cybersecurity, information assurance, or ISSO functionsExperience with RMF and system authorization processesExperience developing or maintaining cybersecurity documentation and accreditation artifactsFamiliarity with vulnerability management and continuous monitoringKnowledge of DoD/IC cybersecurity requirementsAbility to work onsite in Charlottesville, VA Preferred Qualifications Previous DIA or Intelligence Community experienceSecurity+ or equivalent IAT Level II certificationExperience with eMASS or similar RMF/authorization toolsExperience supporting classified systemsFamiliarity with STIGs, SCAP, ACAS, or similar security/compliance toolingExperience working with cloud or AWS-based environmentsExperience supporting system administrators, developers, and DevSecOps teams Salary Range Disclaimer: The posted salary range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum compensation DAn Solutions expects to pay for this position. The position may be filled at different Labor Category (LCAT) levels depending on the selected candidate's qualifications and applicable contract requirements. Final compensation within the posted range will be determined based on the applicable LCAT and factors including education, relevant experience, certifications, and other required qualifications
