About the role
As a Information Systems Security Officer - ISSO, you will guide systems or applications through the RMF process, understanding NIST Special Publications and implementing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Review policy and categorize systems and applications
- Perform remediation activities for projects in continuous monitoring
- Support projects in various environments including AWS, Azure, and on-premise
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Current TS/SCI security clearance
- CompTIA Security certification required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, applied mathematics, or a closely related field
- 8+ years relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years relevant work experience with a Master's degree
- Team player with excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Experience with Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)
- Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Experience with tools such as Xacta and eMASS
