About the role

The role involves managing a team of software developers and leading projects to develop innovative solutions for clients. Key responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating with clients, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project timelines and coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Lead a team of software developers to design, develop, and test software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to project milestones and quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in software development and project management.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of software development tools and technologies such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.

Skills

  • Technical proficiency in programming languages and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
