About the role

Rividium, Inc is seeking an experienced Information Systems Security Manager with a security clearance to join our team in Springfield, Virginia. The ideal candidate will lead security initiatives, manage compliance processes, and ensure the organization's information systems are secure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
• Manage security compliance programs and certifications
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities
• Train employees on security best practices
• Respond to security incidents and breaches

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in information security management
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience with NIST 800-53 and ISO 27001 standards
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage security projects from conception to completion
• Experience with security architecture and design
