About the role

The Information Systems Security Manager is responsible for overseeing the security policies and procedures within Rividium, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
• Ensure all systems and data are protected against cyber threats
• Collaborate with IT staff to identify vulnerabilities and implement solutions
• Train employees on security best practices and incident response protocols
• Stay updated on emerging threats and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity management
• CISSP certification preferred
• Experience managing security operations center (SOC)
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
