Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare projects planning, documentation, go live.
  • Supporting different versions of software. Reviews and analyzes organization business needs.
  • Confer with users to evaluate requirements, discuss solutions and develop plan of approach.
  • Analyze and design program logic, screen layouts, reports and testing criteria to support development of new or enhanced systems.
  • Performs all aspects of systems design including project planning, testing and evaluation of new processes and implementation of new applications.
  • Prepares program documentation to support new or enhanced systems and applications.
  • Counsels and coordinates user acceptance, performance stress, regression and integration testing - making changes and corrections as needed.
  • Participates in structured walk-throughs and other activities to review systems and provide training and support.
  • Performs ongoing maintenance and review of applications systems and programs.
  • Identifies problems and develops appropriate solutions.
  • Cross training with other Information Technology staff members in order to provide coverage as needed.

  • Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees or organization.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Computer Skills: Knowledge of ERP/Accounting software; Microsoft Dynamics CRM; SQL Server; Microsoft Access Database software; Microsoft Outlook Internet software; Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.
