About the role
The SE-3 Information System Security Officer (ISSO) will support the 46 Test Squadron Advanced Datalink Test Lab implementing multiple programs at Eglin AFB.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of multiple programs
- Perform cybersecurity duties
- Write all supporting documentation for RMF
- Produce Assess and Authorize (A&A) packages
- Build, configure, and adapt DoD IS RMF documentation
- Assess the vulnerability of various operating systems
- Ensure audit records are collected, reviewed, and documented
- Conduct periodic reviews of IS and Continuous Monitoring plans
- Design, procure, build, and support Information Systems
- Initiate corrective actions for security incidents or vulnerabilities
- Manage configuration management processes for hardware/software
- Perform standard OSHA single person lifting
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 3-10 years of relevant experience
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- DoD TS/SCI clearance eligibility
- US Citizenship required
- Experience with RMF and NIST security control guidance
- Experience with SCAP Compliance Checker or Evaluate STIG
- Interpersonal skills for dealing with diverse groups
- Current Advanced Program references
