Basic Qualifications

• Holds a final DoD secret security Clearance prior to start
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Ability to collaborate with and integrate multi-functional teams
• Experience with data quality audits or verification
• Experience with Aviation Environment and Equipment
• Experience with Configuration Management of data

Job Description

What You Will Be Doing:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite ALIS/ODIN data issue resolution, driving customer engagement and ensuring the tiered support structure is followed.
• Operate autonomously from direct supervision to guide troubleshooting, act as customer liaison and coordinating efforts to resolve field-level data ALIS/ODIN sustainment issues.
• Provide comprehensive support to internal and external stakeholders across the F-35 sustainment community.
• Apply data quality forensics and participate in assessments of Sustainment Data Products and/or Supplier data submissions.
• Support coordination with assigned users, application teams, and Suppliers, to understand issues and needs; prioritizing, determining solutions, and implementation of Action Requests (AR) resolution and prevention.
• Maintain flexible work hours – May require occasional rotation between 1st and 2nd shift, may require some weekend and Off-shift availability to meet operational commitments.

Specific Tasks Include, But Are Not Limited To:
