- Experience with Configuration Management of data
Job Description
What You Will Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite ALIS/ODIN data issue resolution, driving customer engagement and ensuring the tiered support structure is followed.
- Operate autonomously from direct supervision to guide troubleshooting, act as customer liaison and coordinating efforts to resolve field-level data ALIS/ODIN sustainment issues.
- Provide comprehensive support to internal and external stakeholders across the F-35 sustainment community.
- Apply data quality forensics and participate in assessments of Sustainment Data Products and/or Supplier data submissions.
- Support coordination with assigned users, application teams, and Suppliers, to understand issues and needs; prioritizing, determining solutions, and implementation of Action Requests (AR) resolution and prevention.
- Maintain flexible work hours – May require occasional rotation between 1st and 2nd shift, may require some weekend and Off-shift availability to meet operational commitments.
Specific Tasks Include, But Are Not Limited To:
