Summary of Position
The Information Systems Analyst position provides maintenance and support for every aspect of electronic equipment such as computer hardware, software, networking, and telephony. This role will also perform general technical support functions, including physical installation, assembly, configuration and maintenance of the personal computing devices. While working under the supervision of the Network Administrator, this person will work with a great deal of independence to establish daily and weekly work order priorities and performs related work as required and maintenance of all technology and communications. Most duties will be completed at the IT shop; however, some responsibilities will require travel to other Kintegra sites.
Performance Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of computer hardware and repair
- Proficient with configuring new laptops and desktops (PDQ and Acronis experience a plus)
- Proficient with Windows 7/10, MS Office, and O365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Basic understanding of support ticketing system (JIRA experience a plus)
- Basic understanding of networking principles and devices
- Basic understanding of Active Directory
- Field technician experience a plus
- Must be able to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to pick up and move equipment weighing no more than 50 lbs. without assistance
- Manual and physical dexterity
- Ability to read and understand the English language
- Ability to effectively maintain confidentiality of records and communicate with all levels of personnel
- Valid NC driver's license
- Five years of general computer installation, maintenance and repair experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed
- Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
Education & Experience
- Education: Two-year technology-related degree or equivalent experience
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years' experience maintaining and supporting Windows-based computers, network and applications; 5 years preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Provide PC, printer and network support
- Perform all PC installs and modifications
- Perform all desktop application installations
- Perform application configuration for new computers
- Perform basic network administration tasks
- Manage all PC and data backup and migrations
- Make recommendations for future technology standards
- Maintain proper inventory of computers and hardware supplies
- Create and maintain documentation for all information technology processes and procedures
- Assist IT Service team with phone support as needed
