Info Services Manager: $155,000 - $164,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Develop Teams
  • Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team responsible for advancing delivery excellence, enterprise insights, and delivery capabilities across Information Services.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.
  • Build organizational capability through coaching, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Establish team priorities, align resources, and create an environment where associates can thrive and perform at their best.
  • Arrange for the attraction, retention, and development of talent while building future leadership capability within Information Services.
  • Drive Delivery Excellence
  • Support successful execution of enterprise-critical initiatives by helping teams navigate complexity, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to improve delivery outcomes and organizational effectiveness.
  • Champion continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
  • Help teams adopt fit-for-purpose delivery approaches that balance agility, governance, and business outcomes.
  • Foster a culture focused on accountability, transparency, and value delivery.
  • Deliver Enterprise Insights
  • Lead enterprise delivery reporting, metrics, dashboards, and delivery visibility capabilities.
  • Develop meaningful measurements that help leaders understand initiative progress, risks, dependencies, capacity, and outcomes.
  • Provide actionable insights that support informed decision making and improved delivery performance.
  • Strengthen transparency and visibility across enterprise initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise delivery reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Ensure enterprise delivery reporting products are managed with the same rigor, reliability, and continuous improvement mindset applied to other technology solutions across Information Services.
  • Advance Delivery Practices
  • Lead and evolve enterprise delivery practices, tools, templates, standards, and best practices.
  • Promote principle-based decision making rather than strict adherence to a single framework.
  • Support the continued evolution of technology delivery practices through coaching, collaboration, and operational leadership.
  • Continuously improve how work flows through the organization while reducing unnecessary complexity and process overhead.
  • Lead and support structured improvement efforts, workshops, and facilitation sessions that drive measurable improvements in delivery performance and ways of working.
  • Build Strong Partnerships
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Information Services and business leaders.
  • Build strong relationships across business and technology teams to foster alignment and collaboration.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and help teams successfully adapt to evolving priorities and ways of working.
  • Promote an enterprise mindset that balances team, department, and organizational objectives.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of Information Services, technology delivery, project management, program management, or related leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, project management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong learning agility and the ability to quickly understand new technologies, business domains, and operating models.
  • Experience leading through ambiguity, change, and competing priorities.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project, program, portfolio, or delivery management practices.
  • Able to influence across organizational boundaries and build strong partnerships.
  • Broad business and technology acumen with the ability to understand new domains, processes, and organizational challenges.
  • Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to connect people, process, technology, governance, and business outcomes.
  • Enterprise mindset with the ability to balance team, department, and organizational priorities.
  • Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience leading delivery management, continuous improvement, PMO, reporting, or transformation-related functions.
  • Experience developing metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
  • Experience supporting executive leadership through planning, governance, prioritization, and strategic initiatives.
  • PMP, SAFe, Disciplined Agile, Lean Portfolio Management, or similar certifications.
