Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to requests for application onboarding to Netskope Private Access within 24 hours.
  • Create and assign user entitlements to access management teams.
  • Triage and troubleshoot incidents for Netskope Private Access, Cisco ISE, and Ivanti Secure VPN.
  • Test application functionality with technical owners after onboarding.
  • Develop, test, and implement security plans, products, and control techniques.
  • Document security policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in network technology support and troubleshooting.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience with access management policy, process, and procedure execution in a large enterprise environment.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of Linux administration experience.
