Information Security Operations Manager

This is not just another management role. You will lead the team that forms the core of our security operations, ensuring threats are identified and addressed quickly and effectively. You will be the strategist, the motivator, and the protector, ensuring our defenses stay sharp and our team stays ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a team of SOC analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee real-time monitoring, incident response, detection engineering and threat hunting activities.
• Implement cutting-edge tools and processes to enhance detection and response capabilities.
• Partner with Information Security, IT, network, and application teams to strengthen security posture.
• Track SOC performance, report on KPIs, and communicate results to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in cybersecurity with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms, EDR tools, and incident response frameworks.
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
• Ability to handle high-stakes incidents without breaking a sweat.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours, with occasional after-hours support as needed.
