Information Security Lead / Work Life Balance

About the role

This role is ideal for a highly technical security professional who can design, build, and implement enterprise security solutions using Microsoft 365, Defender, Intune, Entra ID, and modern vulnerability management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own security initiatives from concept through execution
• Operate independently and influence across teams
• Build scalable security frameworks
• Gain exposure to both corporate and operational environments
• Shape long-term security strategy
• Advance technical leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, systems, or network engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft security stack (M365, Defender, Intune, Entra ID)
• Background in designing and implementing security solutions from the ground up
• Experience with incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (firewalls, segmentation, routing)
• Experience with vulnerability management tools (e.g., Rapid7 or similar)
• Strong understanding of identity and access management systems

Qualifications

• Security certifications (CISSP, GIAC, Security+, etc.)
• Experience working in manufacturing or multi-site environments
• Familiarity with security frameworks and building playbooks
• Experience leading projects and working cross-functionally
