Our Information Security Department is a dynamic and forward-thinking team dedicated to safeguarding the organization's digital assets and operations. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies and innovative strategies, we proactively design, build, and implement robust security solutions across a diverse range of business functions.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, maintenance, communication, and oversight of information security policies, standards, and related governance practices.
- Coordinate audit activity and support external assessments such as tabletop exercises and maturity reviews.
- Develop security metrics that provide visibility into policy compliance and control effectiveness.
- Maintain and develop an information security risk register based on the outcomes of audits and risk assessments.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to strengthen policy adoption, monitor compliance, and advance the organization’s governance and compliance objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience with information security governance processes
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in information security, such as security engineering, security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, or other technical cybersecurity disciplines
- Relevant certification (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CGEIT)
- 5+ years of information security experience
- Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
Pay
The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. Final compensation varies based on several factors.
Schedule
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, typically in office once a week (with additional days as needed) at Headquarters in Kansas City, MO, and remote work flexibility.
