Information Security Analyst II (JR221009)

About the role

The Information Security Analyst II is responsible for ensuring the security of sensitive patient and organizational data. This includes conducting security assessments, implementing security controls, and responding to security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular security assessments and risk evaluations
• Implement and maintain security policies and procedures
• Monitor systems for potential security threats and vulnerabilities
• Respond to security incidents and breaches
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in information security
• CISSP certification preferred

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of network security, cryptography, and data protection
• Experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and CIS
• Experience with cloud security and compliance

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
