Reviews & redacts certain equities within classified documents, records and files in accordance with established standard operating procedures, workflows and policies.
SUBMITS REQUESTS TO THE SCANNING TEAM TO SCAN ANY DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR RESEARCH
SUBMITS REQUESTS TO THE SEARCH TEAM TO CONDUCT THE INITIAL SEARCH FOR DATA RELEVANT TO THE CASE
COLLABORATES WITH SUPERVISING CLIENT POCS TO RECOMMEND AND IMPLEMENT CHANGES THAT IMPROVES PROCESSES, WORKFLOWS AND STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES
WORKS AN EIGHT-HOUR SHIFT BETWEEN 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, MONDAY-FRIDAY. INFREQUENTLY PROVIDES SURGE SUPPORT OUTSIDE OF NORMAL OFFICE HOURS FOR SHORT-FUSED EMERGENT REQUESTS
Responsibilities
- Reviews & redacts classified information for the Sponsor or Intelligence Community (IC) in accordance with FOIA, PA, and EOMDR programs and EO 13526 directive
- Collaborates with client staff to recommend and adapt to new processes
- Skilled in time management with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and multitask in order to meet tight deadlines
- Communicates effectively with peers and various management levels delivering a proactive experience and approach to high quality services for all stakeholders
- Works an eight-hour shift between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Infrequently provides surge support outside of normal office hours for short-fused emergent requests
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of six (6) years of experience reviewing & redacting classified information for the Sponsor or Intelligence Community (IC) in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Privacy Act (PA), and Executive Order Mandatory Declassification Review (EOMDR) programs and Executive Order (EO) 13526 directive
- A Bachelors' degree in any liberal arts, scientific or technical discipline will be considered equivalent to three (3) years of relevant experience. A Master's degree is equivalent to an additional (1) year of experience
- A driven self-starter who collaborates with client staff and has the capability to recommend and to adapt to new processes
- Must be a team player willing to collaborate and develop robust relationships with clients, colleagues and technical teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers and various management levels delivering a proactive experience and approach to high quality services for all stakeholders
- MUST POSSESS AN ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE WITH POLYGRAPH ON DAY ONE OF EMPLOYMENT
