About the role

We are seeking qualified candidates to fill mission-critical roles as team members rotate in and out due to long-term military leave or to fill position vacancies. Opportunities span a wide range of mission-critical functions, including:

Responsibilities

  • Intelligence Support to the Information Environment (IE)
  • Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) Planning
  • Military Deception (MILDEC) Planning
  • Deception Activities Intelligence Support
  • Influence Operations Planning
  • Regional and Linguistic Expertise in Mandarin, Farsi, Russian, and Arabic for cultural analysis, translation, and support to influence operations

Requirements

  • Journeyman Level: One of the following:
    • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in the specific task;
    • Associate’s degree plus 4 years of work experience in the specific task;
    • 6+ years of relevant experience (no degree required).
  • Senior Level: One of the following:
    • Master’s degree and 7+ years of experience in the specific task;
    • Bachelor’s degree plus 12+ years of work experience in the specific task;
    • 8+ years of relevant experience (no degree required).

Additional Requirements

  • Relevant experience supporting DoD or USMC Information Operations
  • Strong understanding of joint planning, intelligence support, and influence operations
  • Ability to work on-site at Quantico, VA
  • Active Top Secret clearance with immediate SCI eligibility

Qualifications

Required experience varies based on the specific position and labor category, but generally includes:

  • Journeyman Level: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in the specific task; OR Associate’s degree plus 4 years of work experience in the specific task; OR 6+ years of relevant experience (no degree required)
  • Senior Level: Master’s degree and 7+ years of experience in the specific task; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 12+ years of work experience in the specific task; OR 8+ years of relevant experience (no degree required)

Skills

Strong understanding of joint planning, intelligence support, and influence operations.
