Information Management Portfolio Lead (IMPL)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Information Management Portfolio Lead to support Information Management programs across multiple global capital projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in information governance, project portfolio coordination, resource planning, and document management systems.

Skills

• Information Management or Project Information Management.
• Experience managing multiple projects, governance, standards, and information lifecycle processes.
• Hands-on experience with Aconex or similar EDMS platforms.
• Background in major capital projects, Oil & Gas, EPC, or engineering environments preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, AVEVA AIM, data management, or digital transformation is a plus.
